Whether you’re cooking bacon, eggs, burgers or vegetarian alternatives, the top grade stainless steel griddle will handle what you are cooking due to its high quality mild steel plate, guaranteeing good heat retention and distribution. The griddle comes with 2 13A plugs which provide power to the two separately controlled heat zones giving you further flexibility with your cooking or you can use just one side during quieter periods to be more energy efficient. The griddle is also ideal for those eateries that like to cook in front of house, allowing the customers to experience the smells and sounds of your cooking while they wait. When it comes to cleaning, the plate is a flat surface so can easily be scraped and cleaned and the fat drainage drawer provides ease to dispose fat.
