New for 2019, the Parry 2003 Twin Tank Countertop Fryer is a versatile and compact light to medium duty plug and play fryer capaable of frying up to 10 kg of chips per hour, per basket. Made in Britain from durable stainless steel, these fryers are an excellent addition to the cooking line in cafes, takeaways and other commercial catering environments.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Durable, high quality stainless steel construction.
• Two frying tanks with 2 x 7 litre capacity.
• Maximum frying basket capacity (not overfilled) approximately 500g.
• Independent thermostatic temperature controls for each tank.
• Lift out control panel and element.
• Safety thermostat.
• Drain taps to the front of each tank for easy cleaning after service.
• Batter plates supplied along with lids and frying baskets.
• Plug and play - supplied on two 13 amp plugs, one per tank.
