With the Foster MBCFT250W Commercial Modular Blast Chiller/Freezer you can rapidly chill in bulk without compromising on food safety or quality. The modular room comes complete with a 900mm door, 25mm floor and integral ramp. Chilling up to 250kg from +70° to +3° in less than 90 minutes or down to -18°C in less than 240 minutes. The room can be easily loaded thanks to having doors at the front and rear of the unit.
