Vollrath planetary mixers are heavy duty and durable, and are available as floor, bench or countertop mixers. The range includes a 10litre countertop mixer, 20litre bench-mounted mixer, 30litre floor-standing mixer and a 40litre floor-standing mixer. As standard each unit comes with a dough hook, wire whisk, spatula, stainless steel mixing bowl and safety guard.
