Falcon F900 Electric Chargrills use innovative technology that allows cooking to be performed directly on the elements giving a truly authentic flame grilled flavour. A blind taste test was carried out pitting the electric chargrills against their gas equivalent to cook sirloin steaks and nobody could tell the difference, in fact a number of people preferred the sirloin steak that had been cooked on the electric grill. An ideal solution for commercial kitchens where gas is not available. As with all units from the F900 range of products these can be included as part of a cooking suite using the patented Dynamic Link System (DLS).
