Falcon's F900 range includes a set of Boiling tops and oven ranges both with two power rating options, offering the chef a versatile solution to their cooking needs. With Falcon's launch of the new F900 range they have already hot the market making a huge impact, especially for it's induction range which has won the Foodservice Equipment Journal Energy Efficiency Award for 2016. Over 90% of the energy generated is directed straight into the pan, resulting in extremely fast heat up times and ensuring very litte heat escapes into the kitchen. This reduces the need for energy-hungry air conditioning systems.
