Gravity fed is a good option for smaller locations with lower volume needs. They are compact and countertop designed, making them ideal for cafes or restaurants with limited space. These models typically have a capacity of around 2.5 liters and can dispense up to 65 cones per hour.

Pump fed is a better option for places with higher volume needs. They are also countertop designed but larger than gravity fed models. They have a higher dispensing capacity, typically around 150 cones per hour, and come with features like a defrost/night mode to keep the product fresh for extended periods.
