Craven & Co. Ltd is the UK’s leading designer and wire products manufacturer of complete storage and handling solutions, operating in a range of markets throughout the UK. Most widely known for our extensive range of racking, shelving and trolleys.

Founded in 1958 to fulfil the fabrication needs of the local community, Craven developed their first modular shelving system in the early 1970s and this subsequently was refined into the first version of our renowned Firmashelf storage range, that now provides shelving in Chrome, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Nylon or Plastic coated, Zinc Chromate and Epoxy finishes.

Continued growth and success necessitated a move in the early 1990s to their present home, a 50,000 square feet purpose built manufacturing and office complex in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

Having resisted the temptation to offshore their manufacturing process to the Far East Craven & Co are now recognised as the foremost British Manufacturer of Storage and Handling Products, providing shelving, racking, trolley and other wirework products to a range of industries in the UK.
