RATIONAL combination ovens can reach temperatures up to 300°C giving them the ability to cook pizza just like a pizza oven. RATIONAL pizza trays feature a TriLax coating with excellent thermal conductivity so you can prepare pizzas (fresh or convenience) just live a professional. The pizza tray also has a reverse side suitable for grilling steaks, vegetables or fish. The grill and pizza tray has perfect non stick properties whitest being extremely robust offering a long service life.


RATIONAL also offer a pizza pan for mobile plate rack, with the RATIONAL Pizza Pan you can bake up to 100 pizzas in only 10 minutes! The pizzas dishes are simply loaded into the mobile plate rack, then finishing is used in the RATIONAL Oven to bake them to crispy, but succulent perfection.
