Falcon pride themselves on reducing energy costs for commercial kitchens, that's why they have introduced their range of highly efficient induction ranges and boiling tops.

Falcons Induction units are designed for commercial kitchens to be durable and a robust alternative to gas and electric equivalents. Induction models have a lifespan of 30,000 hours - equivalent to 10 hours per day for 8 years.

Falcons extensive Induction range include:

2 and 4 zone boiling tops and 4 zone oven ranges all with a choice of 3.5 or 5kW cooking zones. Single and Twin zone table tops are also available as is a single zone stockpot version supplied complete with pot.
