The Buffalo CU626 is ideal for B&Bs, cafes and mobile caterers, putting you in complete control of your cooking with an integrated dial temperature control which provides accurate temperature regulation and prevents overheating. Additionally the griddle comes supplied with a front grease collection channel and a removable drawer to help keep mess to a minimum, along with non-slip rubber feet to keep the griddle secure and stable whilst in use.
