The VQ7 Potato Peeler also has completely changable peeling chambers, enabling up-sizing or down-sizing without the need for a completely new peeler - offering a capacity of 7kg and an output of 50kg per hour.
Both this model, and the smaller IMC VQ3.5 peelers are designed for ease of user, ease of cleaning and are ideal for bench top mounting - Though there is an optional stand if required. Despite the VQ7's compact size, this potato peeler is robustly constructed, utilising rust-free stainless steel & cast aluminium extensively throughout the components, and a thick grit layer on the peeling plate to ensure longer use & more effective peeling.
