It’s that time of the week again where we fill you in on our best products. This week, our Product of the Week is the Gram Snowflake Range, the latest in the range of Energy-Efficient Refrigeration products. Despite launching the Single Door Fridge (Snowflake K605) and the Single Door Freezer (Snowflake F605), Gram have now introduced the rest of the range.
First up are the Double Door Fridges and Double Door Freezers. Both have a capacity of 1230 litres and have impressive dimensions of W1390 x D855 x H2000mm, with the Fridge (Snowflake K1305) having a temperature range of +2/+8ºC and the Freezer (Snowflake F1305) having a temperature range of -22/-10ºC. Both the K1305 Fridge and the F1305 Freezer are both 2/1GN compatible and have a stainless steel front, side and internal bottom pan.
Next in the range are the Refrigerated Preparation Counters, which come in 3 sizes: the 2 Door Prep Counter (Snowflake K1205), the 3 Door Prep Counter (Snowflake K1605) and the 4 Door Prep Counter (Snowflake K2005). Each Preparation Counter has a temperature range of -2/+8ºC and has 2 sturdy, plastic-coated, easy-clean wire shelves per door. Like the Fridges and Freezers, the Preparation Counters also have a stainless steel front, sides and internal bottom pan and are designed for tough daily use in a professional environment.
Last in the range are the Snowflake SKF20 and Snowflake SKF40 Blast Chiller/Freezers. The Snowflake SKF20 can chill 20kg of food from +70ºC to +3ºC in 90 minutes and can freeze 12kg of food from +70ºC to -18ºC in 4 hours, whilst the Snowflake SKF40 can chill 42kg of food from +70ºC to +3ºC in 90 minutes and freeze 25kg of food from +70ºC to +18ºC in 4 hours. The dimensions of the Snowflake SKF20 are W745 x D700 x H1000 (W620 x D600 x H370 internal dimensions), with the dimensions of the SKF40 being W800 x D830 x H780mm (W660 x D700 x D780mm internal dimensions).
