Hobart Ecomax has had an upgrade on their undercounter dishwashers and glasswashers range. The improvements on the Ecomax dishwashers and glasswashers are subtle, but have improved the performance of the machines.
Machines which have been changed are:
- G402/S 400mm Glasswasher → G404/S Glasswasher.
- G502/S 500mm Glasswasher → G504/S Glasswasher.
- F502/S Undercounter Dishwasher → F504/S Undercounter Dishwasher.
The improvements are as follows:
- New accurate temperature for wash and rinse – this will maintain the temperature of the water to 1ºC, to ensure the items are washed and sanitised.
- Higher glass clearance – to fit tall glasses or dishes.
- New digital display – records data for health and safty.
- New robust hinge – due improve durability.
- New rinse booster pump – to ensure all glasses are thoroughly rinsed.
With these improvements on their commercial glasswashers and dishwashers these are still at reasonable prices.
