The Burco Electric Cookcentre 90E – ideal for anywhere that has no gas supply – comes with the following features: 2 variable heat, eye level double electric grills, a fully integrated splashback which makes for easy cleaning at end-of-service, 5 ceramic hot plates, a large 2kW fan oven with 2 shelves and an internal light and a taller 2.5kW fan oven with 3 shelves and an internal light.
The total power of the Burco Electric Cookcentre 90E is 18.86kW and requires 45A, meaning hard-wiring is needed.
Moving on to the gas version – the Burco Dual Fuel Cookcentre 90DF. This unit slightly differs from its electric counterpart in that it contains the following: 2 variable heat, eye level double electric grills, a fully integrated splashback which makes for easy cleaning at end-of-service, 4 burners plus a central wok burner, a plate warming cavity, a large 2kW fan oven with 2 shelves and an internal light and a taller 2.5kW fan oven with 3 shelves and an internal light.
The total power of the Burco Dual Fuel Cookcentre 90DF is 11.5kW (gas) and 8.26kW (electric) and requires a 1/2″ gas hose.
But what do both Cookcentres have in common? They both have dimensions of W896 x D600 x H1520mm, a main oven temperature range of 0 – 240°C., an oven capacity of 188 litres and a weight of 125kg.
